Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
